Description
During a short respite from the heavy fighting on D-Day, paratroopers from the 101st Airborne stand easy outside a recently liberated café as they await orders for their next objective. It is just a matter of hours since these men parachuted into France and the 101st will continue to play a crucial role in the Allied advance across Europe.
